Products and Orders

• We sell clothing, footwear, and accessories.
• All products are subject to availability.
• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and order progress updates.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to have all sales processed and despatched within 24 hours of purchase Monday - Friday. Weekend processing and despatch times may vary. 
• Free UK home delivery is provided via Evri or Inpost.
• Delivery time may vary depending on your location and chosen courier service.
• Tracking will be provided on despatch of your order

Returns & Refunds

• We offer refunds for returns made within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with any inclusive tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Due to stock limitations, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We do not store or handle any financial or payment data directly. Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers Stripe and Paypal.

• All content on our website including logos, product images, and text is the property of D&E Discounts Ltd and cannot be used without permission.

Quality Control

Although we make every effort to ensure that our products are advertised, packaged and despatched with care, correctly - due to our stock holding numbers, we sometimes cannot check every item individually. Some of the product imagery we use for advertisement purposes, could be that of one item - example (If we hold one product in a variety of sizes, then the actual photographed image, may not be that of the actual purchasing product)

All of our products are 100% Authentic. We work hard to source our products from within the UK supply chain, using only reputable suppliers and wholesalers. Although our product are all purchased from within the UK under strict government regulations, some of our products may have been imported internationally.
