We hold the right to, keep all contact information for up to six years. All item returns, must comply within our return policy and be returned back to us prior to receiving a refund. We aim to have all of our items despatched within 72hours of purchase. Unfortunately no warranties can be included, on any of the items we sell. Data Policies

We hold the right to keep all invoicing and account data from you, for up to six years, from the point of sale.  This data does not include any card or personal financial data. Our domain carries a SSL starter wildcard certificate, which is provided through our domain provider IONOS. The data we hold from our customers is of invoicing nature only. This includes addresses and the contact information you provide. Holding this information is vital in ensuring our accounting is fully adequate and all our sales are fully accounted for.  The data we hold is digitally stored within our emailing network, as well as being backed up on a secondary device. After the six year period, all information and personal data will be deleted and destroyed. You hold, the right, to request, any personal data we hold to be published to you, or any personal data we hold to be discarded of from our records.

Return policy

We can only accept returns, during the two week cooling off period from the point of sale. For all items, please ensure correct sizing and compatibility, prior to purchase. We cannot offer any warranties, with any of our products listed and sold. For all returns, please contact us contact@dediscountsltd.co.uk prior to returning any items.
